Services
Four offerings. Application development leads, because that is the work.
Cross-platform mobile app development, web application and API development, the full-stack product work behind both — and then hosting, monitoring and maintaining what we shipped.
Mobile & web application development
We build the application your business runs on — cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android, and single-page web applications with real backends behind them.
Cross-platform mobile app development
One codebase delivering native iOS and Android applications, sized to the product rather than to a framework fashion. We have shipped this pattern on our own products, not only for clients.
App Store and Google Play release
TestFlight and beta pipelines, store metadata, review responses, phased rollout and the OS and policy changes that follow every year. Getting an app built is the easy half; getting it published and kept publishable is the rest.
Web application development
Single-page applications with an API-first backend — not brochure sites with a contact form. Server-rendered where SEO matters, client-rendered where interaction matters.
Interactive and bilingual interfaces
Interactive tools (fretboards, rhythm trainers, teaching interfaces) and full bilingual products including Greek typography, with parity between languages rather than a machine-translated second edition.
You get an application in the stores and on the web, with the release pipeline that keeps it there.
Full-stack product work
APIs, databases, authentication, payments, real-time features and multi-tenant architecture — the parts of a product that are expensive to retrofit.
API and database development
API-first design, relational schemas, migrations that run without downtime, and the tenancy model decided before the first feature is written.
Authentication and two-factor auth
Accounts, roles, sessions and 2FA built in from the start, with role-based access for every user type the product actually has.
Payments — Stripe subscriptions and Connect payouts
Subscription billing, webhook reconciliation, dunning, and Stripe Connect payouts where your customers get paid through the platform. Live in production on Kotobaseed.
Real-time features
Live video classrooms, WebSocket presence and signalling, and the fallbacks that keep a session usable on a bad connection.
Multi-tenant SaaS with per-customer domains
Each customer on a subdomain — or on their own domain, with TLS provisioned automatically on first use and no manual step.
You get the hard architecture right the first time, instead of discovering it in year two.
Built, shipped, and kept running
Most agencies hand over a zip file. We host the application on infrastructure we own, monitor it, back it up, test the restores, and keep it running.
Managed hosting on owned infrastructure
Not resold hosting: a single well-provisioned server running the estate, with room to grow, and no third party between a fault and the person who can fix it.
Automatic TLS, including customer custom domains
Every domain gets HTTPS automatically — including per-customer custom domains provisioned on demand.
Backup and disaster recovery
Nightly offsite backups with tiered daily, weekly and monthly retention, and restores actually tested on a schedule with row counts compared against production.
Monitoring that fails loudly
A failed or stale backup raises an alarm on sight. Silence is treated as a failure, not as success.
Application maintenance and support
Dependency and platform updates, store-policy changes, certificate and domain renewals, and a written incident report when something does go wrong.
You get one number to call, and the person who answers wrote the software.
Agile delivery & training
Boost your team’s efficiency and finish projects ahead of schedule: Agile coaching, project management, and role-specific training on what we ship and on the third-party software around it.
Tailored Agile coaching
Customised Agile training matched to your workflow — Scrum, Kanban or hybrid — whether you are new to Agile or refining current practice.
Proven team acceleration
Productivity, transparency and collaboration through hands-on management and sprint optimisation, with results you can measure rather than a certificate.
End-to-end Agile integration
From backlog grooming to retrospectives: tools, templates and support that make the practice stick after we leave.
Role-specific software training and onboarding
Practical, hands-on training for developers, administrators and support teams, grounded in real business workflows — on-site in Waterloo or Athens, remote, or hybrid, with reference guides and exercises.
You get a team that can run the product without us — and a delivery date you can repeat to a client without hedging.
How an engagement starts
Four steps, about two weeks.
- Step 1
Call
45 minutes. What are you building, and who is it for?
- Step 2
Review
We read the code, the spec or the app you already have.
- Step 3
Written plan
Scope, delivery plan, and what operating it will cost.
- Step 4
Build
Fixed-scope statement of work, or embedded with your team.
Next step
Which of the four do you need?
If you are not sure, describe the product and we will tell you.
